Counseling is a collaborative process, and Nina uses a strengths-based approach to help clients achieve goals and reach a state of health and happiness. At your first session, you can expect to go over any challenges you may be facing, identify personal goals, and feel supported in a non-judgmental environment.

Yoga
Nina teaches both private and small group yoga classes. So many of us are busy, stressed out, and have lost touch with ourselves. Yoga is a wonderful method of reclaiming a state of physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual balance. Through mindful movement and by cultivating a deep sense of inner awareness, yoga helps to achieve a feeling of peace and relaxation.
